1. Control the frequency and speed of the main motor to meet the needs of different specifications and different capacities;
2. Adjusting the roller and guide plate up and down and left and right is electric type
3. There are electric type and manual type adjustment of SCD60,SCD70and SCD80 rollers’ dip angles for client’s option;
4. There are electric type and hydraulic type of roller locking, guide plate locking at left and right direction and guide plate vertical locking for client’s option;
5. Automatic fast backward function of the roller is optional for clients.
6. There are automatic control and manual adjustment of quenching temperature and after-quenching temperature (outlet water)for client’s option;
7. There are online tempering and offline temperinn for client’s option;
8. Fixed feeding function is optional for clients.
